Aria Edry
Aria EdryPrincipal Consultant

Founder and Principal of Edry and Associates, Aria brings to her clients over 25 years of successful management and fundraising experience. She has directed development for nonprofits providing arts, cultural and educational services in New York City and Greater Los Angeles. Born and raised in the Boston area, Aria early on turned her passion for making a difference into entrepreneurial activism when she founded Boston Women’s Collective. In three years, its budget was $1.5 million in today’s dollars, and its signature publication The Women’s Yellow Pages had such impact on women’s lives that it earned a Letter of Commendation from the White House. Aria is also an award-winning choreographer and performing artist, and dressage equestrian. She currently serves on a number of nonprofit boards, and is active with the Santa Barbara/Ventura chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Jane MarshSenior Associate
Jane Marsh has 20 years of senior level experience in market research, analytics and marketing strategies. Jane has a diverse background in quantitative and qualitative market research. Her experience includes tactical and strategic work in industries including entertainment, media, internet brands, consumer packaged goods, financial services and toys. She has also worked closely with advertising agencies and media companies on a range of communications-related issues.

Much of Jane’s research focus has been directed at helping companies understand the structure of their markets; gauging brand and pricing elasticity; evaluating and leveraging equity; assessing customer satisfaction and advertising effectiveness; and optimizing product positioning, packaging and advertising.
Her many years as Executive Director, Worldwide Research/Home Media Distribution at Paramount Pictures affords Edry and Associates with considerable expertise — and value for its clients — in the areas of project research design, data collection, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, in support of their development strategies and revenue generation efforts.

Sandy GalinSenior Associate
Sandy Galin has more than 20 years of experience in development, capital campaigns, grant writing, public and community relations, marketing, alumni relations and special events. She currently works as director of development for the California Museum of Art Thousand Oaks CMATO). Previously she worked at Studio Islands Art Center in Camarillo, CA, and the New West Symphony, based in Thousand Oaks, CA, where she managed and launched a $6 million, 3-year campaign. Ms. Galin also has broad experience in fundraising for secondary and higher education institutions. In addition to her experience in professional development, Sandy worked in radio as a news director, anchor, producer and voice-over announcer. She has also had a career as a professional soloist and choral musician touring nationally and internationally with the Roger Wagner Chorale, Norman Luboff Choir and William Hall Chorale. She performed with the Carmel Bach Festival, San Luis Obispo Music Festival and sang background in the Stephen Spielberg movies, Home Alone and Empire of the Sun. Sandy currently serves on the board of Jouyssance Early Music Ensemble and is a former board member of the Los Robles Children’s Choir.
